Open Days
We usually open the second Sunday afternoon of each month throughout the year and our trained guides offer tours, answer questions and manage the sales desk. During the Edinburgh Festival Fringe we usually open every morning, except Saturday. Other events such as Doors Open are shown below if available.
No booking is required for Open Days. Entrance is free and we appreciate donations for the continued upkeep of the murals.
Fully Accessible: The site is accessible to wheelchair users. There is a lift, accessible toilet and temporary ramps in the nave areas if required.
Please note that no dogs (except assistance dogs) are allowed inside the area with the murals.
