Official Opening

The official opening by the Duke of Rothesay, now King Charles, took place on 29 November 2002, at which time our name was changed to Friends of Mansfield Traquair Centre.   The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) took on the tenancy and occupied the lower ground floor office accommodation and Heritage Portfolio Hospitality were appointed to manage the upper floors for corporate events, private functions and Festival use.
